Learning for Life Program

The school educates our students to be caring and responsible towards the environment. As our Learning-for-Life Programme, GEM@ZPS (Green Environment Movement) aims to instill the values of responsibility and care in our students through Environmental Education.
In recent years, the focus for environmental education has been directed towards waste management, as we seek to promote and create a sustainable future for Singapore.
Applied Learning Programme - THINKnovate
The school provides our students with purposeful opportunities for real-life application of learning. The students were given real-world scenarios and they collaborated to ideate and construct their prototypes based on a set of given criteria. We named this school-wide programme, "Thinknovate".
This is our school's Applied Learning Programme which aims to develop critical and inventive thinking in our students as well as promote the joy of learning.
Drone Program
Going beyond the curriculum, the school exposes students basic drone programming to provide them with a basic understanding of how aerodynamics affect flight.
They had to programme the drones to perform stunts and even participated in the Singapore Amazing Flying Machines Competition organised by Science Centre!
